Angel investors, like their venture capital counterparts, suffered greatly from the financial crisis but are needed more than ever. This Berkeley Entrepreneurs Forum panel discusses the health of the angel community and how they are playing a more prominent role in funding new ventures. The panel, presented at the Haas School, UC Berkeley, also discussed different ways of getting seed funding from angels and the implications for these deals for downstream investors.
